One of the best parts of working on a team is pair programming. Whenever one person is programming on screen, productivity doubles when another person is watching and you talk through the problems as one person codes. The other is bound to notice syntax errors, and the algorithms developed are always way better when you think through it together. Today I've really enjoyed pair programming with Jim and we've both taught each other a few pretty cool new things. I was super frustrated earlier, but now that there's two heads on the problem we're gonna get through it. Yay productivity!
