Starting the BPM Journey
As you may know, I submitted an abstract for the IBM Impact conference in Vegas in April. My client is planning to come and talk with me about The First BPM Project. We want to focus on how the first project is different, and why it needs to be treated differently than any other BPM project. I'm really excited about the material, and really hope we are chosen for the conference.
