Three S's

I think one of my favorite parts of the Paleo Diet is that it's not just about food.  I've never met (via reading their blog or book) people who are so passionate about the human as a whole being - not just a consumer/user of food.  Mark Sisson wrote a seriously incredible blog entry that I recently read about the Three S's that you "must get right" in order to be healthier.  They include:

  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • Sunlight
I always knew all these were important, but never had all the science behind why, or the simple and straightforward explanations Mark provides. He not only explains why too little or too much of each of these can be a problem, but provides thoughtful solutions that are typically pretty easy to implement.  I'd highly recommend reading the article - you can find it here.
