Water + Raspberries


In an effort to try and be healthier, I decided [again] that I need to start drinking more water.  Too much diet coke and too little water does not improve Emily performance.  To incentivize myself (because everyone obviously always needs an incentive) I bought a new water bottle!  Nothing super special, just something new and cool to help me get motivated.  So far it's worked pretty well, all this week I have filled my water bottle 3 times, and there's a nifty little tracker thing on it... so I get a kick out of moving the little notch up every time I refill:)

I've also started throwing a few berries in the bottom of the water bottle to add a little bit of flavor since Detroit water kinda sucks.  I love having a few raspberries or blueberries floating around hehe-- not only for taste but because it's entertaining to watch. I'm such a dork.

Hopefully I'll keep going on the more water track since it is obviously the best thing for you.  C'mon health kick!
