Why do some office buildings insist on having only half the lights on at all times? It's already dark and gloomy outside during the winter - why are we making it the same inside too? Is there really enough of an energy savings between people visiting the bathroom that you need to turn the lights off in there? What about the hallways where people walk up and down all day - is it really better to only have every fifth light bulb lit? C'mon folks, I'm going to need some freaking light in here.
